About me

It all began in 1972. I wasn't born an aRTIST, did I want to be an aRTIST? Or did I have to become an aRTIST?

I enjoyed art at school, I was good at 'copying' things.....

I then went to aRT school........

I then went to college to study dESIGN.....

I then wanted to be a film director.......

Then my Father died.......

I then had a revelation that I wanted to be an aRTIST.....

I have created for most of my life. 

Mediums have varied.......

drawing - printing - sculpting - video - photography - music

I discovered PU (polyurethane) by accident. I saw it splashed on walls and floors in an industrial environment.......

I took this medium and began a company called PUart. It was a commercial venture and catered for businesses and homes.

This now brings to where I'am as a human and an aRTIST.

It is an inner need to create.......

I take influence from the world around me. I see things and hear words that inspire me.

A lot of my work is autobiographical. It comes from inner feelings and the experiences I have had to deal with........
